My stay at Hotel Casa De La Palma was quite enjoyable overall. The hotel is uniquely decorated and in a great location, just a block away from the main square of Puebla. However, I did find the room layout a bit exposed as it faced the central courtyard, and the beds were rather hard for my taste.

I stayed for four nights at Hotel Casa De La Palma and really enjoyed the experience overall. The location is unbeatable, just a block from the main square, but I did have a few issues with some of the lights and the TV in my room. Plus, I was a bit bummed to discover there wasn’t any breakfast available, as the booking site was confusing about that. Still, the service from the housemaid was fantastic and made my stay pleasant.
